30" x 40" (76.2 cm x 101.6 cm) acrylic on stretched canvas. Heir to a Tidal is a foreshortened look at the causeway connecting Cornwall to the tidal island St. Michael's Mount. 
I started with several reference images and put them together with imagination and heighted color to create this piece. My dreams always take me to Cornwall in the summer, colored in gold and majestic blues.
